Preparing for pregnancy can also be about helping your nervous system and your body get used to the energy of the soul that is already around you.
And one of the simplest ways to begin doing that… is to invite them into your daily life. Not only in the comfort of your home during meditation or quiet moments - but outside too. During walks. In nature. While moving through life 🌿
You can speak to them quietly in your mind: “Would you like to come for a walk with me today?”
And then simply notice.
The body often relaxes differently when we begin relating to pregnancy not only as a medical process - but also as a relationship forming over time but also space, environment in which you live and they planned to incarnate to!
I always recommend asking them for a sign on such walks 👼 A feather. A butterfly. A song. A repeated number. Something meaningful only to the two of you. So your very special signs if you already have those
And sometimes… the more included they feel in your world, the more your body begins to recognise their energy, too 💛
