This is the time, to take time for ourselves, and enjoy the beautiful backdrop nature has offered us. Take a moment to breathe, destress, and regroup. A new year is here and we will continue to aspire for our quests. For me, I can't wait to get back to LA Fitness. I will use the whirlpool bath, swim, and lift weights. It is almost "Spring Cleaning Time," and I've found a remedy for clearing out your clutter! Number one: Clothing; Keep clothing that only sparks joy to you, donate anything else, (and thank it for serving you thus far!) Number two: Books; Put all your books in a pile. Spark life into them by tapping them on the tops of the piles, then keep only the ones that bring you joy and relevant knowledge. Number three: Sort paperwork; recycle or capture writings on your computer, or file in a gorgeous cabinet. And finally, Number four: Sort Memerobilia. These could be things like memories about your childhood, like photographs, a lost one's clothing or relevant items. Try to capture the memories with framing in your living space; such as wedding photos, family photos, or decorating with those items. Good luck! Allow yourself at least thirty days; one week for each category. Have fun!
