☀️ Sunshine Award Spotlight!

Please join us in celebrating Rachel Thorpe, the unit secretary for our Labor & Delivery unit, for being honored with the Sunshine Award for Exceptional Associates!

A colleague nominated Rachel for her quick thinking and dedication on a busy day. As Rachel was preparing to leave at the end of her shift, she identified a gap in EVS coverage between shifts that could potentially cause patient delays. Rachel didn’t hesitate—she grabbed the cleaning cart and prepared the triage assessment rooms so that patients could be seen quickly and safely. Her willingness to go above and beyond embodies our SPIRIT values and ensures our patients always come first.

👏 Congratulations, Rachel, and thank you for your extraordinary commitment to our patients, your colleagues, and our mission!
