With a background in Clinical Psychology and mental health, she decided to gear her consulting focus toward overall lifestyle enhancement and growth. Vivid Innovations Consulting, LLC strives to educate, advise, and assist groups and individuals enhance their vision in order to gradually develop and understand their true potential. Our owner's personal philosophy is to always promote overall well-being and enhance the human experience. This way of thinking has heavily influenced the mission for Vivid Innovations Consulting LLC, and forces us to not just find solutions to our clients problems, but develop creative and effective plans to improve lifestyles, businesses, and interpersonal experiences.

✨ The systems that are in place & currently ripping humanity apart, aren’t designed for our healing. Until those in power are removed, until things shift, we will continue to be harmed. Tell your insurance provider that 10 sessions ain’t enough to help process that hurt. Stop asking providers to quantify how long it will take for ppl to “heal” right now.

Creating Change is the nation’s largest LGBTQ+ activist gathering and it’s coming to Washington, DC next week! Over 3,000+ LGBTQ+ leaders, organizers, and dreamers will gather for five days of connection, training, and joy. This year’s theme is UNSTOPPABLE — and we mean it.

Can’t join us in person? No worries! Watch the General Sessions starting Thursday, January 22 to Saturday, January 24 from 1:30PM-3:00PM!

I can’t wait to be there with so many great LGBTQ+ folks and allies. 🎉 Who’s going to be in ?! 👀

We are so excited to love on these ladies in the spirit of holiday giving & cheer.
It’s time for self-care, a therapeutic art experience, gifting, & good food!

✨🩷 I attended The Gay Best Man, just because I wanted to support the arts and show love to those who were involved in bring the play to life.

The shock and emotions I felt I my body as I learned I was being recognized by my community for the work I do for us. To be acknowledged in the same room with & really was an honor. Many don’t know how big a hit I’ve taken under this new administration. I’ve cried many days & nights. I’ve struggled to make ends meet. I’ve been wrestling with sadness & feeling anxious.
But… I will continue to show up in name of mental health & wellness for US.

Then I hear my name, written into this play as a trusted community resource.

Thank you for seeing me. I just want to save lives & help us heal. I love you all 🥹🏳️‍🌈

have started collecting new & gently worn sneakers and cold weather items for adolescents & young adults. Shout out to our one of our newest members Bella of Beta Lambda for joining us today. We love a sister to help 🩷💎✨

Catch us November 13th from 3-5pm and November 22nd from 2-5pm actively collecting items at Spark Social House. You can also drop off items in our designated boxes in the meantime between time 🙂.
