✨🏳️‍🌈 As the Community Outreach Coordinator for the chapter of , I take great pride at seeing programming I’ve proposed & created come to life.

I’m so honored to help pour into our LGBTQIA+ youth & provide them with safe spaces & mentorship. Monthly I host the The Chat & sit down to discuss issues, emotions, identity, & safety with Q***r high school students in Virginia. They deserve these spaces in a world that tells them they don’t belong.

Sometimes you just need to move! I taught a class & then had to speak on behalf of the today with the fabulous .

As soon as I got home, I felt like moving & knew what song I needed to move to. Move your body & release that energy. Shift the mood. Create the mood! Re-regulate that nervous system & take ownership of each moment, each movement, & each breath. Hold yourself close! Hug yourself!

✨ I had the honor of being in the room with pioneers, change makers, & true voices of our Q***r community. celebrated 50 years of hard work & dedication. I also had the honor of watching my dearest host & be honored for all they have done & continues to do for our community. It’s always a pleasure to be in the room.

Thanks to for always being ready to tag team & support. We went from just attending to kicking off the show & introducing M***a herself lol.

Thank you for inviting me to add a little holistic wellness to your day!

A Peaceful Release was a therapeutic movement experience that combined Reiki, Chakra Identification, Breath work, Mindfulness, & Stretch work. A modified experience for use in a chair or on a mat, we worked on releasing negative energy & focusing on emotional & spiritual regulation.

Also thanks to Miss Jojo for hanging with mommy & adding to the affirmation wall ✨🩷
