We are ✨BEYOND✨ excited to announce that Mysore is coming back to The Yoga Shala! Join this summer for our Mysore Quickstart Series before our full Mysore program starts this fall!
Mysore QuickStart begins this Saturday and will take place on August 13, 20 & 27 and Sept 3 & 10. ✨
This series is a unique opportunity to
• work 1-on-1 with a teacher in a safe & supportive environment
• learn how to move with your breath
• gain confidence in foundational yoga poses
• get to know to the mysore practice style
It’s perfect for true beginners, experienced practitioners, and those who are interested in seeing what Ashtanga and Mysore are all about.
Each Mysore Quickstart practice will include...
• 45 minutes of led practice including opening pranayama , sun salutations, and standing poses
• 45 minutes self-guided practice during which practitioners can move through floor & closing postures at their own pace or receive guidance on what's next
