DuPont circle Farmers market today. The first cut flowers! I couldn’t resist these beautiful sunny tulips (to go along with our long lived roses!) and these gorgeous apples and of course walnuts.

Sighting of the Buddhist monks at the end of their 2,300 mile Walk to Peace. This was along Embassy Row, just after their event at the National Cathedral. So moving both to see them and also all the people who came to witness them. As they passed, people spontaneously joined the march. I’m really glad I got this short glimpse of them. This was a larger group of monks than the original ten or so. I guess other monks joined in for this final ceremony. And I didn’t see Aloka. He must have been in a support car!

These showed up this week, “Green Man holds up a Mirror to you,” and “I Dream of Summer in Winter.”
Sometimes consecutive images relate to each other and sometimes they have no connection. We are anticipating a big snow storm here in DC. Yet, below ground seeds are making ready, sap remains below the earth. All activity is below ground. The workshop this weekend is a no go and now I’m glad because I probably would have had to cancel it anyway because of the snow. Stay safe and warm, all!

For local followers: I’m considering going ahead with the workshop this weekend if two more participants sign up! I’d need to know right away. Deep Winter Visioning with doll making and journaling! Focus on your vision for the start of the year in my doll-filled studio and in a small and intimate environment. This Sunday, January 25- 10:30-4:30. More information in my linktree in bio. A small corner of my 2026 intuitive visioning collage for this year. I really don’t know what these are about until I write about them. I’ve been doing this since 2020. AND-as this didn’t post through my newsletter site. Sunday the 18th is the last day to register for my Winter Visioning in person one day workshop on Sunday, January 25th.
