A well seasoned traveller, medical missions are each unique for our medical assistant . A New Hampshire native and alumni, Swathi is passionate about serving those in need domestically and internationally. Applying to graduate programs this year, Swathi is grateful for the opportunity to visit Dakar again.

Our trip to was the first medical mission for medical assistant .bob. An excellent student and Maryland native, Emily will be applying to physician assistant school this year. Regarding her experience in Senegal, Emily says she'll "definitely be back!"

Thanks to the generosity of our patients, Sibley Hospital, and our medical supply partners we were able to almost 50lbs of supplies to the hospital in Dakar. This included much needed sutures, dressing supplies, medications, and much more. Thank you all for helping us to make dreams a reality!

Today we remember Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, beloved minister, activist, and civil rights leader. We have a deep respect for Dr. King and for his commitment to nonviolent activism. Dr. Kings legacy serves as a constant reminder of what we can accomplish when we act in ways that lift up each other and our country.
