Let’s talk nonsurgical rhinoplasty…

Nonsurgical rhinoplasty aka liquid rhinoplasty uses dermal filler to contour the nose, often in lieu of a surgical rhinoplasty. While not everyone is a candidate for nonsurgical rhinoplasty, many people can achieve subtle improvements of the nasal contour that are consistent with their desired appearance. The key factor to keep in mind with nonsurgical rhinoplasty is that you’re ADDING volume, so if you already feel that your nose is “too large” or “too full,” you may consider surgical rhinoplasty instead. Common things that can be achieved with nonsurgical rhinoplasty include tip elevation, elevation of the dorsum or nasal bridge, as well as the illusion of a narrower nose and more refined nasal tip.

This patient had some irregularity and concavity of the nasal bridge as well as a flat and bulbous nasal tip. By adding dermal filler, we were able to elevate and narrow the tip, level the nasal bridge, as well as achieve a narrower appearance of the nose. These results will last 8-12 months and can be repeated as desired, or you can consider surgical rhinoplasty for definitive results.
