What would you add to my breakfast?

This is my breakfast today — and it has about 25g of protein. 🍳

Simple. Filling. Exactly what I need to start the day.

I added a couple of dates for natural sweetness and quick energy — such a simple upgrade.

Mix:
• 2 eggs
• 100 g cottage cheese
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 tbsp oat flour (or any flour)

Stir everything with a fork and cook in a pan on both sides until golden.

Avocado Egg Toast with Tomatoes

Ingredients

• 1 slice thick bread (sourdough or whole grain)
• 1 egg
• 1/2 small avocado
• 4–5 cherry tomatoes, sliced
• A small handful of arugula or salad greens
• 1 tsp olive oil or butter
• Salt and black pepper
• Optional: sesame or chia seeds

Instructions

1️⃣ Toast the bread in a pan or toaster until golden and crispy.

2️⃣ Mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and pepper and spread it over the toast.
