What do you know about stress today? Psychoneuroimmunology is the study of how your immune system and your central nervous system interact.

For about 40 years, this study relates to Psychological stress and has concluded via research that we are more inclined to get sick/compromise our immune system from psychological stress i.e. common cold and autoimmune diseases.

Personal Anecdote.
Living with stress turned me towards feelings of uncertainty ---about everything. One of the best things I did was, Let go of the problem even if you loose a lot -- trust me your health is No.1 with a healthy outlook you are almost limitless in achieving your goals and aligning to your purpose. Your body tells you. Listen. Recalibrate and find a new path, one that Aligns well with your mind, body and spirit.

Do you want to grow older, healthier? Do you want to understand the benefits of neurogensis?
Begin with understanding your deficiencies with the body?

Get a nutritional panel. Key 🔑 s you want to focus on on Optimal levels, Vitamin B and D and Folate.
Then build a Meditation regimen! Twice a day, 20 min (start and end of your work day).

Sometimes it's hard to workout, so what I've focused on lately is walking an hour a day and Yoga classes 4 times a week.
