Minimum 10 minutes.

Jumping rope is a highly efficient, full-body workout that offers extensive physical and mental health benefits, including improved cardiovascular fitness, enhanced coordination and balance, increased bone density, and reduced risk of disease.

10 minutes of jumping rope is considered as effective for cardiovascular health as 30 minutes of jogging.

Mental Well-being: jumping rope can lead to increased serotonin levels, helping to ease anxiety, reduce stress, and lower the risk of depression.

Brain Function: The exercise requires learning new motor patterns and forces both hemispheres of your brain to be active, which can enhance cognitive function, attention span, and mental acuity.

Remember to go at your pace and be mindful during the process.

Normalize sharing the in-between phase.

Social media makes us think that we end up pros without showing us the hardship, the struggles, the emotional up-and-down, the love and support through the process and progress.
what we see you on this app has been curated to show the best version; know that when you’re going through the tough times, the struggles, the in between phases, you’re doing great! You’re moving in the right direction. Your progress is necessary to reach the goal of Wellness, healing, achieving dreams, learning a skill....

Keep going. Have people around you that support your progress and cheer for you out loud. Have people that recognize your small wins because sometimes we forget to acknowledge ourselves. Also be the person that recognizes other people’s small wins. It’s not “all or nothing.” It’s “something every day.”
