Happy International Women’s Day!

To be a woman is to carry worlds within us.

We are strong and soft.
Resilient and delicate.
Powerful and nurturing.
Visionaries, healers, creators, protectors, and builders of community.

Across cultures, languages, and histories, women have carried families, movements, traditions, and futures on their shoulders — often quietly, often without recognition. Yet the world continues to move forward because women continue to rise.

Today is a celebration, but it is also a reminder.

Women deserve to be protected, respected, and honored — not only today, but every day.
Women deserve space to lead, to rest, to dream, and to live safely — emotionally, mentally, physically, and financially.

And part of creating that world begins with how we raise our boys.

We must raise boys to become men who are:
✨ empathetic
✨ compassionate
✨ kind
✨ emotionally intelligent
✨ protectors of dignity and humanity

When boys grow into men who value and respect women, societies become safer, healthier, and more whole.

Wellness Challenge: Jump rope.
Minimum 10 minutes.

Jumping rope is a highly efficient, full-body workout that offers extensive physical and mental health benefits, including improved cardiovascular fitness, enhanced coordination and balance, increased bone density, and reduced risk of disease.

10 minutes of jumping rope is considered as effective for cardiovascular health as 30 minutes of jogging.

Mental Well-being: jumping rope can lead to increased serotonin levels, helping to ease anxiety, reduce stress, and lower the risk of depression.

Brain Function: The exercise requires learning new motor patterns and forces both hemispheres of your brain to be active, which can enhance cognitive function, attention span, and mental acuity.

Remember to go at your pace and be mindful during the process.
