The GWU DPT program honors Black History Month by celebrating the impact, excellence, and success of our students. According to the 2025 APTA Demographics of the Profession report, only ~3% of physical therapist are Black. This is a powerful reminder that representation matters.
We are proud to recognize our students, faculty, alumni, and clinicians of the GW PT community who continue to empower our profession through representation, leadership, and innovation. Your presence strengthens our field and inspires the future of physical therapy.
