Mentor Spotlight: James Pendergast, CRA

Navigating a new leadership role can feel overwhelming — but having a mentor makes all the difference. Through AHRA’s Mentoring for Success program, James worked with Brian Fox, CRA, FAHRA, to tackle challenges in leadership, prepare for the CRA exam, and build a lasting professional connection.
