Constipation? Want to try a natural remedy? Try YL Peppermint Oil!

I've shared before that if you're struggling with constipation that you can add few drops of your YL peppermint oil in the toilet before you sit to go. It definitely helps.

It was recently brought to my attention that putting a drop in your coffee also helps you go. Not immediately, but I was told it kicks in soon.
Peppermint essential oil contains antispasmodic properties, which can relax the muscles in the digestive tract, making the bowels looser. This can help relieve constipation

+Fill 1/4 of jar with unscented Castile soap

I don’t know why people buy foaming hand soap when it is sooo easy (and much more cost effective) to make your own! It also would make a super easy gift! Tie a bow or a spruce sprig on it and you are set!

+30 drops Essential oil of choice
+Fill 1/4 of jar with unscented Castille soap
+Add 3 drops of Vitamin E oil
+fill rest with Distilled water
Add foaming hand soap dispenser and you are ready to go!

Some of my favorite hand soap blends:

🌿Anthropologie Volcano
8 drops Grapefruit
8 drops Orange
6 drops Lime
3 drop Geranium
6 drop Blue Spruce

🌲Spring Forest
10 drops Grapefruit
10 drops Fir
10 drops Bergamot

☀️Beach Day
10 drops Lavender
10 drops Bergamot
5 drop Rosemary
5 drop Eucalyptus
