I tell my patients this all the time!

Myofascial Release Therapy:
1. Our bodies/fascia holds onto all physical and emotional traumas as early as childhood. Think about..one example a surgery how were you feeling prior to that surgery: Scared? Sad? Happy? Mad?
2. MRF not only releases the physical pain but also the emotions that are tied to those physical pains.
3. Sometimes physical pains are from emotional trauma trapped in our bodies. We have to go through whatever that emotion is to get rid of the physical pains.
4. In order to release this emotional trauma whatever that MAYBE. A patient needs to BE WITH the EMOTION and release it; even if they don’t know what it is, they need to just be and feel it. Once release you will feel a 10lb weight lifted.

I can go on and on about this….myofascial release could be your answer to physical/emotional pains. Give me a call! 🥰

How important is pelvic alignment??
Think about this!! If your hip/pelvis are out of alignment, EVERYTHING else is going to be off as well.

Myofascial release works to realign the body as a whole starting with the pelvis.

Any traumas to the body: car accidents, surgeries, falling, tripping, emotional trauma, etc!

Fascia is affected first, to protect your body. If not released back to normal stay, it looses the elastic water component, causing a straight-jacket affect.
