ITW Medical is proud to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month! We honor the annual recognition of the historical and cultural contributions – past, present, and future – of people of Asian and Pacific Islander descent to the United States.
Today, ITW launched a new employee resource group, the Asian Professionals Engagement Network (APEN). APEN members and allies aspire to advance ITW’s commitment to diversity and inclusion by developing a platform to foster a sense of belonging and pride, as well as provide education and leadership training at ITW for those who identify as Asian, Native Hawaiian, and/or other Pacific Islander.
It was wonderful to hear from APEN leaders today during lunch. We all learned so much about the group and enjoyed celebrating their launch.
