Lower injury rates and costs associated with occupational injuries; improve the health and wellbeing of student-athletes; building individualized treatment plans for persons dealing with orthopedic injuries and conditions. Services are affordable, improve access to evidence-based quality care, and involve YOU in the process. Individualized, cash-based, clinic rates: $15 per 15 minute unit; First visits are typically 30-60 minute visits with follow up visits typically lasting 15-45 based on the injury, condition, and treatment plan.

2025 gave us so much growth 💫

Our AT team grew, our client list grew, our clinical skills grew, and 2025 was the year I have grown the most as a business owner.

Check out what we’ve been able to do this year:

In 2025, JSOH provided 3,827 hours of services with 35 athletic trainers and a massage therapist. 🔥

This is a 77% increase in service hours provided compared to 2023 and 37% increase from 2024. 🤯

We welcomed 6 Athletic Trainers to team JSOH 🎉

We partnered with 7 new clients stretching across the state from as far south as Evansville to the northern tip of Indianapolis.

I completed training in fascial manipulation and had two team JSOH ATs complete dry needling courses. 💪🏼

GreATful doesn’t even begin to express all that I’m feeling about this progress.

From couch to full go has consequences. Sprinkles didn’t value her off season training and developed lateral epicondylitis. Hopefully she does her rehab and has learned her lesson for next year.
