Each class is guided to a relaxed beginner's pace. All are welcome to join in, whether you are there for mental, physical, or spiritual exercise.

With Illumination Yoga we are welcoming you to join our guided sessions, and to follow the journey as our mats will travel to different pubs, wineries, and more. The sessions also incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation into the mix to bring us back to a more natural state. I hope to see you on the mat!
