Job Overview:
As a Member Services and Personal Training Specialist, you'll be the face of our gym, creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting our members in achieving their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
💪 Engage with members, offering assistance and encouragement
🤝 Create a welcoming environment, knowing members by name
🏋️ Conduct personal training sessions with personalized programs
📈 Generate referrals and follow up with potential new clients
📞 Reach out to alumni training clients to re-engage them
🗂️ Assist with scheduling, record maintenance, and event promotion
😊 Ensure member satisfaction and hospitality on the gym floor
🔧 Maintain facility cleanliness and organization
🛡️ Enforce gym policies for a safe environment
💻 Master our gym management software

Qualifications:
🎉 Outgoing, friendly, and welcoming personality
📚 Preferably holds a personal training certification or a degree in exercise science
👥 Comfortable working with people of all ages and experience levels
🗣️ Strong communication skills to build lasting relationships
🌟 Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
🔄 Willingness to perform various tasks and step in where needed
💻 Proficiency in computer skills and gym management software
🧹 Attention to detail for a tidy gym environment
