Greetings from the timeless galaxy of naked, honey love. In this galaxy carbon is replaced with oxytocin and it flows abundantly. We are sending this transmission to announce our daughter, Kaliope, has been breathing air with us for 2 sublime weeks now.

She is perfect and precious.
Amir and I are in awe of her exquisiteness and more in love with each other than should be possible for two people who claim sanity. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been finding my path through these postpartum waters in this alternate space time dimension. Breastfeeding got off to a rocky start, but thankfully with the support of wise sisters around the world I made it to the other side. Now I drip honey love for my girl and I love everything about it. Amir is the diaper and baby-somatic practitioner champion! Basically we are all finding our way.

And thankfully we have been profoundly supported by our farmily mates on the land- Jenna Card Melanie Buffel Johanne Ascoli❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Jesus it really does take a village!!!!!!

I'm posting once again to highlight my new course: Navigating Dysfunctional Family Dynamics at the End of Life.
The course officially starts on February 22nd, 2024 and runs for a total of 6 Thursdays. All gatherings will be recorded and available to watch for 6 months!!!!!! This course is so very dear to my heart! When I was working as a hospice nurse and end of life doula I learned that the emotional magnitude of death and being a caretaker at the end of life can bring up family challenges in a way that not many other things can. The scapegoat, the black sheep, the golden child, etc…all the old roles, old dynamics, old coping skills, and a heaping dose of grief can really muddy the waters.
Add to this that there is also the aspect of navigating the dysfunctional medical system that can make anyone want to run for the hills!!!!
SOOOO I created a course about it!!!

Yesterday was my 44th birthday and as a gift to myself I’ve worked really hard leading up to the day to finally make space/time to create the course: Navigating Dysfunctional Family Dynamics at the End of Life.
I know many of you have heard me talk about my desire to create this course for years!!!!! and I just kept getting side tracked. BUT it’s finally here!!!
The course is designed as equal parts co-creating a supportive community for those of us who come from a family with a lot of dysfunction AND as an educational resource sharing for best practices of dealing with that upheaval.
