Happy International Yoga Day!!

Where has this yogi been?? Great question!
Yoga is an amazing tool for maintaining an overall healthy life. But sometimes you have to recognize when you need more help. I had realized I needed to seek outside help for my mental health and decided to take a break from the mat.
But luckily for me, I have amazing friends who slowly pushed me back to the mat. Yesterday was the first day back on the mat and teaching and it felt glorious!
Hopefully soon I feel ready to open back up my classes for all my yogi friends!!

🍎September Calendar! ✏️

I know, I’ve fallen off over the summer, but school is back in session and this momma is ready to be back in the yoga studio!! With school craziness back in full swing, don’t forget to make some time for yourself! And yoga with me is a great option!!
We have classes available most nights! Beginners are ALWAYS welcome as my classes are always open level!
Classes start at just $10 a class! Or for $40 a month you can come to unlimited classes AND have full access to my online classes! So if you can’t make it into the studio, you can hit play from your home!

Looking for a way to beat the heat? Or get some movement in on this Hump Day?? How about Burn and Flow??
What’s Burn and Flow?? We will do Pilates and workout based movement for the first half of class, then once we are warm, we will wind down with a calming Asana session!

☀️June Calendar! ☀️
Few days of no class next week while myself and the dance studio prepare for recital!
Also, check out the new hours! I am moving classes a little earlier to accommodate my summer schedule.
I am also aware that with summer getting underway that leaving the kids to yoga might not always be possible. I am totally willing to bring in bigger kids to occupy the littles while the adults yoga! Just make sure to let me know that’s something you will need!
