Happy International Yoga Day!!

Where has this yogi been?? Great question!
Yoga is an amazing tool for maintaining an overall healthy life. But sometimes you have to recognize when you need more help. I had realized I needed to seek outside help for my mental health and decided to take a break from the mat.
But luckily for me, I have amazing friends who slowly pushed me back to the mat. Yesterday was the first day back on the mat and teaching and it felt glorious!
Hopefully soon I feel ready to open back up my classes for all my yogi friends!!
