Life is all about community and inclusion. We were made to be supporting and encouraging one another to be the best we can be. As well as be there when we each fall down and be there to pick each other back. Life is a journey and on this journey we need all types of people to join us.

Your community reflects a lot about you, is yours supportive? Or is it lacking support and encouragement. Who and what we surround ourselves with, is who and what influences our mind.

I challenge you to take inventory of whom and what you surround yourself with. Check in and listen to your gut feeling inside. 🤍❤️

Ladies and gents- it is SO wonderful to see potential in a significant other...the problem mentioned here is when they do not have the motivation themselves to reach this and you decide to pick up this slack for them.

Falling for someone because you see the potential of who they could be, is not only unfair to you but it is also unfair to them. Your unrealistic standards and expectations will create a lot of turmoil within the relationship.

You have also decided to add layers of stress to your life trying to will this person to be what you see in them.

It is a hard pill to swallow when you want so badly for someone to reach your potential YOU have set for them but again is unfair on all accounts.

It’s time to take a deep breath, allow yourself to accept the person exactly for who they are...and if you feel you cannot love them for who they are, then you need to exit the relationship, because they deserve someone who meets them exactly where they are at.

So i love learning all about my clients and what they like/love and dislike. Finding out about people’s passions and watching them light up while talking to me just brings me SO much joy.

So to honor learning more about my clients, here are some things about me:

• I love salty over sweet
• I love any kind of music, alternative,pop,rock,hip hop and country etc
• I used to religiously tan in tanning beds, now i get spray tans from {save your skin people}
• I love taking care of my skin {now} and find self care in treatments to help reverse the damage i have done
• I am a middle child 💁🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️
•!I try to live my life in as much balance as possible- though i am not perfect.🤍
• I do not give my time away to others easily (outside of my job).
• I believe laughter is the best medicine, and i love to laugh.

None of us are perfect and i am learning to enjoy the ride of life and not focus on the destination.✨
