Be ready when it matters most. Immediate CPR can double or triple the odds of surviving a cardiac arrest. Hands-Only CPR has just two simple steps you can learn right now:

If you see a teen or adult collapse, call 911, then push hard and fast in the center of the chest until help can arrive.

Heart Month Myth Busting

It’s Heart Month, and we’re clearing up a few common CPR myths.

Myth: You can make things worse by trying CPR.
Truth: When someone is in cardiac arrest, doing nothing is far more dangerous than trying.

Myth: You have to do mouth-to-mouth.
Truth: Hands-only CPR is recommended for adults in most emergency situations.

Myth: You need medical experience.
Truth: CPR training is designed for everyday people. Teachers. Parents. Coworkers. Supervisors.

Cardiac emergencies don’t wait for medical professionals to arrive. The first responder is often someone nearby.

Heart Month is a reminder that CPR training gives you the confidence to act when it matters most.

This is the kind of awareness that quietly saves lives. AEDs are simple, accessible, and incredibly powerful, but only if people know what they are, where to find them, and feel confident using them. In moments of cardiac arrest, seconds matter, and preparation becomes the intervention. Normalizing CPR education and AED visibility isn’t just public health; it’s a shared responsibility. The more familiar these tools become, the more likely it is that someone survives long enough to receive definitive care.

At Keepin’ The Beat CPR, all of our CPR classes include hands-on AED training so you feel confident using one in a real emergency. We’re also an AED supplier and can help your organization choose the right device to stay prepared.

Cardiac emergencies do not wait for the perfect moment.
They happen at work, at school, at home, and in public spaces.

One trained person can save a life.

February is Heart Month, and this is your reminder that CPR training puts that power in your hands.
