This!!

Cold and flu season is rolling in… and we need to talk. 🦠

If you’re sick.. fever, cough, body aches, stomach bug, sinus crud.. please don’t come in.

We’re not being rude. We’re protecting you, us, and everyone who walks through these doors.

Here’s the thing massage isn’t rest when you’re sick.
It moves lymph.
It pushes toxins.
It sends everything your immune system’s fighting into overdrive.
Which means that post-massage “ugh” you feel?
It’s gonna hit way harder…

And when you push through it, we all pay for it because sickness spreads fast in this line of work.
Your therapist can’t heal others if we’re down too.
