🌟 Hope Needs a Hero 🌟

Hope Finney is a brave 4‑year‑old who spent her first 98 days in the NICU and has continued to fight through serious kidney complications. Her kidney function has now reached stage 4, and she urgently needs a living kidney donor to give her the chance to live the healthy life every child deserves.

Her blood type is O positive, and many people could be potential matches.

💙STAFF SPOTLIGHT💙
This December we want to shine light on Holly Muffett, our Quality Management & Improvement Associate. Holly has been part of the PathWays Family for 1.5 years and is an incredible partner in the QMI department! She's known for her great sense of humor, dedication, quality, and brings an outstanding work ethic to everything she does.

Outside of work, Holly loves spending time with her family and dog Yang (who has the coolest face!) She enjoys horror, Halloween, and true crime. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a strong background in customer service, case management, and service coordination.

We’re lucky to have Holly on the team, thank you for all you do!

We had a great time participating in the Washington Christmas Parade as the Grinch Squad! Individuals and staff from our Residential and Adult Training Facility programs enjoyed spreading holiday cheer and celebrating the season together in the community.
