It’s happening… an in person class at Pam’s Carriage House on Wednesday, November 15th at 10:00. This will be a time of slow mindful movement, sharing of our space and energy, beautiful music, lavender cloths, and yoga fellowship. Fall is a time for gathering so what better way?! Bound angle balance is always a good pose to practice… improves balance, opens hips, and strengthens our core. But when we challenge ourselves and our focus and self confidence, we change it up a bit and try flowering lotus. Try both and see how they are similar and how they are different. Yoga for healthy aging seniors!

Wednesday morning zoom classes at 10:00. These classes are geared towards those 55+ which include gentle yoga and deep stretching . This is a no judgement zone where we share movement, breath, energy and camaraderie. If interested just drop me a message and I will help get all set up.

One of the best poses for so many reasons… stretching the back, hips, shoulders. But what I like about this photo… notice the head is in alignment with the spine in the top photo! Dropping the head in cat makes you move into loaded spinal flexion… not good. Keep your spine healthy!
