Massage & Bodywork by Stacey In my experience as a Registered Nurse for the past 26 years, I realized that caring for the whole person is essential to the healing process.

When the body, mind, and spirit receive attention, more harmony is achieved. Therefore, greater benefit is attained. In my own life, I found that learning and practicing the Reiki method of natural healing and Holistic Reflexology has brought new light and perspective to all I do and has helped me flourish as a person and a practitioner. I look forward to sharing Reiki and Reflexology with you!!!I use the BioMat with all services which is a heated mat, infused with amethyst crystals and used infrared heat to penetrate deeper into underlying tissue. "Natural forces within us are the healers of disease"...Hippocrates When we put the brakes on the stress response in our bodies and provide support to the body's systems, we can enhance well-being, circulation, the release of endorphins as well as supporting the body's immune response.Complementary services are a great addition to support our body's God given ability to heal and add to conventional healthcare.

Welp, when life throws you curve balls, you change your stance and swing differently. I was back at setting up a space for my first Reflexology client in a bit and Reiki for 2 of my loved ones. Helping my Mom who has had a recent dx of Lyme' s Disease. She has had enough health concerns to make my hair turn gray and fall out, grateful she is still with us. We all have something and she is being treated medically and holistically. Reiki for deep relaxation of the nervous system to help boost immunity and combat inflammation. FYI: Cleveland Clinic, AGH, and New York's Presby have utilized adding Reiki into patient care. ( used during/post-operatively, preoperatively, pre/post treatments....Cardiac surgeries, chemotherapy treatments, anxiety, promotes improved heart rate variability, sleep pattern disturbances, decreases neuropathic pain....and I can go on and on.

Thankful for our seasonal changes in SW PA!!!! A little more sun during the winter would be fabulous
