It's that time of the year.

MEMORIES MATTER and should last a LIFETIME!! The fight against Alzheimers 💜💜

This week starting Tuesday 9/9,Sarah S will be donating $5 for every person who comes to her classes this week to Cure Alzheimers. She will happily take your generous donations if you care to do so.

There will be TWO weeks. Last year, there was $485 thanks to all of you who joined these classes and who donated. Can we beat it this year????

All you need to do is set your alarm early and join me on the below dates for a 30-35 minute kick butt workout to help fight this disease and she will donate $5 for every person who comes. Come to one or come to them all. We hope to see you. There are options you're challenging yourself and yourself only.
