A resident in my building is hearing impaired. I asked Rachel Rohanna Virgilifor some common phrases she uses. I tried to wish the lady in my building a “nice day” I instead signed something like “bath nice today” 😂😂😂she then taught me the sign for stupid. The next morning she had slid this under my door. I have a lot to practice!

This month’s magazine and me preparing to use a muscle energy technique on my Dad’s 1st rib at Heinz Hall, pre Carole King Pops performance. isn’t all just exercise. Two important things when gardening: first is always style, so get your favorite jorts and headband. Second make sure your body is ready. Staying mobile lets you get down to the ground and staying strong lets you get those weeds up or shovel into the ground. Warm up a little before and take breaks if needed!

I lift heavy twice a week and call Friday “fun day” where I work on complex movements and rotation. Today I even messed around with pistol squats which I stink at. Keep the workouts fun and fresh!

Styling the new Overspray shirt from from work to leg day! I don’t go super heavy, but keeping the legs strong helps with lots of everyday activities…it’s pretty great for golf and cycling too!!!
