We are sincerely grateful for this gift/grant! Thank you Our Community Foundation!

We recently awarded an $892 grant to First Choice Solutions through the 2025 Fast Grant Program. The grant will cover the unexpected repairs and upgrades to the local facility's sewer line.

According to Rebecca Moeller, Executive Director of First Choice Solutions, “The repairs were urgent and not accounted for in our operating budget. This essential repair has restored restroom functionality for both staff and clients, mitigated potential health and safety risks, and will help safeguard the facility against future plumbing failures. We are grateful to once again have the full use of these bathrooms to serve the estimated 400 clients that we will see this year, as well as our seven staff members and 10 volunteers.”

Fast grants provide one-time assistance to charitable organizations for small-scale, unplanned projects, help the organization meet an unanticipated need or opportunity, or support new and innovative projects that positively impact the lives of people living in Daviess County. We are grateful to our many donors who make it possible for us to offer these grants to worthwhile non-profit organizations in our community.

We’re raising money to make a difference and further the cause of LIFE as we continue to offer free, LIFE-affirming ultrasounds to women facing unplanned pregnancies.

Our community of supporters has been faithfully used by God for over 25 years to maintain and further this life-affirming, family-strengthening work of First Choice Solutions. We are able to offer medical services, Biblical parenting education and support, and assistance with baby necessities from birth through 2 1/2 years of age.
