This Veterans Day, we honor all those who have served, both in our Daviess Community Hospital family and throughout our community. We are grateful for the sacrifices, bravery, and dedication of every veteran who has protected our freedoms and upheld our nation’s values.

Today, we highlight three of our own who proudly served:

Our DCH family gathered for a heartfelt tribute in honor of Dr. Suresh Lohano. Thanks to his generous family, we enjoyed a sweet treat from Scoops Homemade Ice Cream, celebrating Dr. Lohano’s upcoming Custom Learning Systems Group Ltd. Legacy Award. 🍦 Staff enjoyed butter pecan and cookies & cream as we shared memories and smiles. A wonderful way to remember a beloved physician who touched so many lives. 💙

We’re thrilled to welcome these dedicated Practical Nursing students from Vincennes University to DCH! They’ll be joining our Med/Surg team on Tuesdays and Thursdays through December, with instruction from our very own Molly Engstrom from ACU. These talented students have already been a huge help with our flu shot clinics this fall, and we appreciate all their hard work!
