Our theme, Playology: The Art of Fun, celebrates the truth that play is something we carry throughout life. It strengthens our minds, nurtures our spirits, and connects us in beautifully meaningful ways.

This month, we are embracing play in a whole new way by exploring it through the many National Fun Days woven throughout January. With a full calendar of themed celebrations and creative moments, residents will have countless opportunities to jump in, explore freely, and enjoy the simple delight of play.

Together, we step into the new year with a joyful mindset that invites exploration, connection, and creative expression. Here is to a January filled with wonder, connection, and the beautiful art of play.

🎉 What a way to ring in the New Year! 🎉
Marty and our incredible team truly knocked it out of the park with our New Year’s celebration. Residents enjoyed a delicious spread featuring charcuterie boards, a baked potato bar, sliders, and sweet treats galore. We topped it all off with a festive ball drop to welcome the year ahead together. Cheers to great food, great company, and an even greater year to come! 🥂✨

Today our bistro turned into a runway as Marty served up festive cocktails and mocktails during our Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest! 🎄🍹 From bold patterns to over-the-top holiday flair, our residents and team showed off their style and holiday spirit. Laughter, creativity, and good cheer filled the room—just another joyful day at Charter Senior Living of Washington!
