***MONDAY TIME CHANGE effective January 12***
Class on Mondays will now be from 10-11am = more time for coffee ;)
Thursday classes will remain at 8:30am

Doors will lock at class start time. Yoga mats if you choose but there is plenty of padding on the tumbling mat! See you there!
