Card Deck Workout 💪🏼

Spades: High Plank to Alternating Toe Taps
Hearts: Reverse lunge with a knee drive (R=1, L =1)
Diamonds: Supermans or Good mornings (standing)
Clubs: Dead bug (R=1, L =1)

Ace = 1
Jack = 11
Queen = 12
King = 13

Start with deck face down. Flip card to reveal exercise and reps. Ex. 5 of hearts would be 5 reverse lunges. Place completed cards in a separate pile
