We had such a great day today!

A big thank you to Dairy Delight for treating us to delicious ice cream cones — they were the perfect way to enjoy the beautiful weather!

Afterward, we spent time at the park soaking up the sunshine, staying active, and making wonderful memories together. Days like today remind us how important community, connection, and simple joys really are.

What a beautiful day for an adventure! Today, Empower enjoyed a fun-filled trip to the zoo, soaking up the sunshine and exploring all the amazing animals. From watching playful monkeys to spotting majestic big cats, there were smiles all around!

Our clients had a wonderful time walking, learning, and making memories together in the great weather. Days like today remind us how important it is to get out, stay active, and enjoy the world around us.

Yesterday at Empower, our clients took on the kitchen and created something delicious—Texas Toast Pizza!

From start to finish, this was a full team effort. The group worked together to pick out the recipe, searched for the best deals to stay within budget, and then headed to the store to shop for all the ingredients.Back at Empower, they put their cooking skills to work and the end result was absolutely delicious!
Activities like this help build independence, teamwork, budgeting skills, and confidence—and of course, they’re a lot of fun too! We are so proud of their hard work today!

Rainy days at Empower don’t slow us down—they give us the perfect opportunity to focus on building important life skills!

Today was filled with hands-on learning, from strengthening fine motor skills through creative activities, to practicing sentence building and communication, all the way to enjoying a good ole memory game that keeps our minds sharp.

Our individuals worked hard, supported one another, and had fun while learning—because every day at Empower is a chance to grow!

Today, a group of our individuals had a great time in the kitchen making mini strawberry shortcakes! 🍓
They followed a simple recipe and did an amazing job practicing their cooking skills—from assembling the ingredients to putting together their own delicious treats. Not only did they have fun, but they also built independence and confidence along the way!

Of course, the best part was enjoying their sweet creations at the end.

What a beautiful day for an adventure

On Friday, Empower clients enjoyed a wonderful trip to the zoo, soaking up the sunshine and exploring all the amazing animals. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, making it a fun and memorable day for everyone!

From learning about wildlife to spending time together outdoors, it was a day full of smiles, laughter, and great memories.

We love opportunities like this to get out in the community and enjoy all that nature has to offer!

It was a beautiful day for an adventure! Our individuals had an amazing time visiting the Bigfoot Museum and checking out the incredible monster trucks. From exploring fun exhibits to seeing those massive trucks up close, it was a day full of smiles, excitement, and great memories!

Last week our Empower clients had the chance to visit the Bigfoot Monster Truck Museum, and they had an amazing time!

Everyone loved getting to see the famous BIGFOOT monster trucks up close and learning about the history behind them. The group enjoyed walking through the museum, checking out the trucks, and talking about their favorites.

Community outings like this give our clients the opportunity to explore new places, learn something new, and spend time together making great memories. It was truly a fun day for everyone who went!

What a beautiful day today!

Our clients took full advantage of the amazing weather and enjoyed a fun trip to the All Abilities Park!
