April is Stress Awareness Month—a time to pause, check in with ourselves, and recognize just how much stress can impact our physical and mental health.
At Agape Health Services, we want our community to know: you don’t have to manage stress alone.
Many people aren’t aware that we offer Behavioral Health Services, providing support for stress, anxiety, depression, and life’s everyday challenges—all in a safe, supportive environment.
💙 Why it matters:
Chronic stress can affect your sleep, mood, immune system, and overall well-being. Taking steps to manage it isn’t a luxury—it’s essential.
✨ Simple ways to relieve stress today:
Take 5–10 minutes to step outside and get fresh air
Practice deep breathing (inhale for 4, exhale for 6)
Move your body—stretch, walk, or dance it out
Limit screen time and give your mind a break
Talk to someone you trust (you don’t have to carry it alone)
Write down what’s on your mind to clear mental clutter
Try one of our Tai Chi classes we offer for FREE to our communities we serve
If stress is feeling overwhelming, it’s okay to ask for help. Our Behavioral Health team at Agape Health Services is here to support you with compassionate, accessible care.
