🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

At Agape Health Services, we’re committed to supporting women’s health through Breast Health Services — including breast exams and referrals for mammograms to screen for breast cancer.

💗 Why it matters:
Early detection saves lives. Regular screenings and self-awareness are powerful tools in the fight against breast cancer.

👩‍⚕️ Breast Self-Examination Tips:
• Stand in front of a mirror with your shoulders straight and arms on your hips. Look for changes in shape, size, or skin.
• Raise your arms and check for the same changes.
• Gently feel your breasts while lying down, using a firm, smooth touch with your fingertips. Move in a circular motion, covering the entire breast.
• Repeat the process while standing or sitting (many women prefer doing this in the shower).

If you notice any lumps, pain, discharge, or changes, contact your healthcare provider right away.
