Happy Spring everybody! Time to loosen up! I have decided that my healing for the spring is going to be to loosen up and I challenge you to think of three ways that you can loosen up this week and over the weekend. Spend some time thinking about where you are tight, stingy, stuck, too strict, limiting in body and mind. Winter is a time of tightening up in order to defend ourselves from the cold. Greetings to all who've "liked" me over the past six months. News! I am moving to Provincetown, MA at the end of March and I will be closing up shop. I have time slots available Wednesday 3/8 and 3/15 Book with me before I go! Remember my 1 hour rate is sliding scale $75-$100. Cheers!
