"The Illinois State Dental Society hosted their Annual Session this weekend in Peoria. Today, our office manager Linda Thomas was awarded the Presidential Service Award by outgoing ISDS president Dr Michael Danner. This is the highest award that can be presented to a non-dentist by the President.
Dr Danner gave Linda this award for her lifetime of service to organized dentistry, with such organizations as the Peoria District Dental Society, the McLean District Dental Society, the Illinois Mission of Mercy, the Illinois Downstate Society Caucus, and others.
We here at Moon Family Dental are so proud of her achievement and I am lucky to have her as my office manager.

We’ve been celebrating birthdays these past two weeks with lots of yummy treats! Happy birthday Britt, Kalli and Katelyn! We are so happy to be your work family. Today we celebrate Emily! Happy first year anniversary! Our sweet Emily is a firecracker! Always on the go with a smile and love for our patients. Not only is she an amazing mom, but she finds time to work in real estate and do CrossFit! We couldn’t be happier to have her on our team. Here’s to many more years together!🍹🏋️‍♀️🏡🎆🦷

Dr. Moon was in Washinton, DC for the past few days visiting his daughter, Molly, and assisting with the ADA lobby for fluoridation and student debt relief. They were lucky enough to hit the cherry blossoms in peak! Molly got to meet Babydog, who belongs to WV Senator Justice last week too.

Happy birthday to our dear Keri! We celebrated her this week at the office! (All birthdays are to be celebrated many days or even all month, right?). Her birthday was yesterday, Valentines day! We appreciate her dedication to our patients, so much so, that she has now moved up to the front office and in training for our future office manager! Keri’s passion for patients and co-workers is evident daily and we are so happy you embraced this new role as you move forward in your career. Happy birthday month Keri!
