The Arc of Beaufort County The Arc of Beaufort County is an advocacy nonprofit organization.

The Arc is the largest national community-based organization advocating for and serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. We encompass all ages and more than 100 different diagnoses including autism, Down syndrome, Fragile X syndrome, and various other developmental disabilities.

It’s PROM TIME for Saturday Night Jamboree!

We are excited for our next Saturday Night Jamboree dance on Saturday, May 2nd at the Redmen Lodge, 503 E 3rd St Washington, NC from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. Enjoy light dinner and dancing.

Wear your Prom attire because the theme is Prom! Prom photos will be taken on Saturday and printed copies will be provided to clients at the June dance.

Summer will be here before we know it! We are excited to be able to offer The Arc with a Spark summer camps again this summer! Please see flyers below for information. We offer 3 different camps for youth and adults with disabilities.

Youth is ages 5 to 12
