Are you someone with pharmacy technician experience who wants more than a job โ someone who wants to make a difference? Weโre looking for a Member Care Advocate who shares our passion for delivering phenomenal care to members, prescribers, and pharmacies.

โข Help members, providers, pharmacies, and clients with inquiries about prescription benefits, claims, and eligibility
โข Troubleshoot problems in our adjudication system and escalate when needed
โข Provide administrative support to internal teams including Client Success, Executive Leadership, and Member Care
โข Log and document claim outcomes, prior authorizations, invoices, and reporting
โข Participate in QA testing, client transitions, and ongoing process improvements
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ
โข Preferred: Experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent
โข 2+ years of relevant experience (ideally with pharmacy benefit, claims, or customer service)
โข Strong communication skills โ able to explain benefit plans clearly
โข Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a knack for problem solving
โข Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
โข Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and internal systems
