This 3-hour workshop will be held at SaunaGlo in Milwaukie, OR, and will include a 30min. discussion on ways to manage perimenopause and menopause symptoms. This will be followed by a 1.5hr. Yin practice designed to support the organs most affected by menopause; students will receive a 30min. acupuncture session during an extended savasana. We will end the day with 1hr. access to a private spa that includes a cold plunge and Nordic sauna. $108
