The Space Between Creative Grief Studio

The Space Between Creative Grief Studio In grief we find ourselves in the messy middle - the space between what was and what is to come.

My services include individual and group counseling as well as creative expression workshops. I believe grief is a life practice; grief is not only present when a loved one dies, but also when we move, lose a job, let go of a dream, divorce/separate or lose our sense of self. My role is to create a safe space for you to tell your story without judgement or shame, and to be a compassionate and supportive presence as you navigate your way to a life where you can heal and thrive. Art Journaling can be a powerful tool to help us cope with the overwhelming and complex emotions we experience in our grief, emotions we oftentimes have no words to describe. Adding art journaling to your practice will help bring awareness, comfort and growth. Creative expression helps to reduce symptoms of stress, release pain held in your body, manifest vitality and establish a growth mindset which can inspire us to move forward toward the life we want to live. Please visit the website for more information, and sign up for the "Mourning Connections" email for monthly reflections, resources, creative inspirations and upcoming events.
