Ahh internet outages are fun! Comcast has been working in our area the past week and we are experiencing many outages throughout the day taking our phones and scheduling systems down with it 🙃. Our apologies if you have reached out this week to make or change an appointment and we missed you! Hoping we will be up and running as normal tomorrow:)

Big News!! 🚨We are happy to announce that our newest physical therapist Thu Mai, PT, DPT will be starting with us June 2nd! // she is taking new patients now. Details about Thu below:

Thu (pronounced like “two”) is a transplant from Houston, Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Kinesiology from the University of Houston, and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.

With years of experience in outpatient orthopedic and inpatient rehabilitation settings, Thu is passionate about helping individuals return to the activities they love. She believes that pain and injury can disrupt our sense of self and identity, and her goal is to guide patients back to feeling whole again. For her, witnessing patients regain both physical and mental strength is a deep honor and calling.

Thu’s treatment philosophy centers on compassionate, holistic care. She prioritizes deeply listening to her patients’ goals, lifestyle needs, and unique daily challenges. She collaborates closely with each person to create customized exercise programs—whether tackling a painful daily task, refining a piece of choreography, or rebuilding strength and confidence for everyday life. Thu also focuses on identifying the root causes of pain by evaluating postural habits, ergonomics, and muscle imbalances to support long-term results. Thu strives to be a listener, a “clinical detective”, a guide, and cheerleader through each stage of recovery.
