Here are 5 ways to support deeper, more restorative sleep from Dr. Kellie!

1️⃣ Morning light: 5–10 minutes outside to set your circadian rhythm.

2️⃣ Wind-down routine: At least 30 minutes without screens, stress, or stimulating media before bed.

3️⃣ Eat + drink wisely: Avoid eating 3 hours before bed, skip evening alcohol, and keep caffeine before 11 a.m.
