🙋🏻♀️Who needs an ALCOHOL ALTERNATIVE for the next couple weeks? We love our MOCKTAILS, especially one like this that is also LOW SUGAR.
None of us have to be perfect during the holidays, but it is certainly nice to have some healthy OPTIONS🥤

❤️Cranberry Ginger Mocktail❤️
Ingredients;
5 cups filtered water
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
Peel of one orange
About 3 inches of peeled, sliced fresh ginger (more if you like it spicy!)
1 cinnamon stick
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Directions:
Add water, cranberries, orange peel, and ginger to a pot over medium heat. Once it’s brought to a boil, reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add the cinnamon stick and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Cut the heat and mix in the maple syrup or honey if desired.
Once cool, strain and store in a jar in the fridge.
Sip on its own or mix with sparkling water or kombucha for a tasty drink!
