6am Barre Burn class uses ballet movements with a fitness twist. We incorporate strength, balance, power and flexibility; rooted in the Pilates, yoga and barre principles. Using the power of music to enhance and challenge your body to move with precision.

Pilates Stability Barrel class. Wednesday and Saturday . Space limited. This class concentrates on the Pilates principles of control, precision, strength and flow. Sometimes slow and controlled isn’t always easy. 😜
