Hello hello!

I just want to be up front on some changes on my behalf. I will be taking a season off of coaching team training. I will be revisiting coaching team training in the fall of 2025. Will definitely post updates when we hit fall time.

With a heavy, but-hopeful, heart I made this decision to take care of my mental health and physical health. I truly believe taking care of your well-being is the most important thing you can do for yourself. I encourage all of you if there’s any areas that you need to make changes, I support you wholeheartedly.

I want to thank my followers who have stuck by me since the beginning of me coaching. I look back and there’s so many laughs and a ton of learning curves for sure. I have learned so much and I truly am so grateful for each and everyone of you.

Warm up: repeat3times
10squats 10Yogi pushups
10burpees. 10Spiderman stretches
10 pushups 10Bridges
30sec plank. 10Alt. Toe touches
10 JJ’s. 10Frankensteins

40/10x3
🟡Box jumps
🟡KB farmer carries
🟡Cone plank taps(put cone or something in front of you and alt. Tap it)
🟡3 pt. DB rows(alt 1/2 or switch 1/2 last round as usual)

40/10x3
🟣box glute raises( position self as if you are doing a push up-lift leg squeeze glute-alt)
🟣KB squat to press’s
🟣Skaters-tap cone
🟣Decline pushups( modified version only one leg on box at a time and do pushup)

40/10x3
🟢Box flips
🟢KB swings
🟢Side shuffles(bring the one cone side to side with you-tap come on floor pick back up-repeat)
🟢Box squat holds(out box on wall and squat hold on it) add wt. if you want

30min. Treadmill
