It’s time to answer friends! We all have goals and dreams—whether it’s to feel stronger, find more energy, or simply show up for ourselves. But we know it can be tough, especially when the weather gets cold and motivation feels far away. Remember, each small step you take brings you closer to accomplishing what you hope.

Wintertime consistency tips:
❄️ SCHEDULE IT! Plan your workout week in advance, set reminders in your phone like you would for any other appointment you wouldn’t cancel.
❄️ WRITE IT DOWN! Journal about how you feel after a workout and revisit if you need for a little extra motivation and pep talk from yourself!
❄️ BUDDY THE ELF (oops, we mean BUSDY UP!) Find an accountability partner! Whether it’s a friend that you meet up with for a workout, a group strength training group or knowing you’re going to see your friends at an class - partnering up can not only make your workouts more fun but can help you show up!

What started as a flicker of the imagination and a business in the bottom of a home has grown into a community of people who believe true strength, comes from within.

Innergy isn't just about the work you do during your yoga practice or workout, it's about the life you live outside the studio. We come to our mats to connect and breathe. We give full effort and attention to all details in our workouts to make our bodies capable of creating a life we love. We know we build strength from programmed resistance, but we believe true strength is something you already have inside you.

We are here to help you find it, harness it and live it for the rest of your life.

We strength train to build our muscles up, we practice yoga to connect our body to our minds learning how to move with more mindfulness in our lives, and we cycle to remind ourselves that no matter what the road brings us, we are always in control. The combination of all of our classes creates a life that is more than worth living, a mind full off positivity and a body capable of anything it’s ever imagined.
