Stretch of the Day!
✨Wall Angels✨

What it does:
Stretches and strengthens your posterior muscles, that unchecked, can cause rounded shoulders.

How to do:
1. Stand with your back against a wall and your feet a few inches apart.
2. Keep your low back in a neutral position.
3. Gently press your mid-back into the wall and avoid flaring your ribs.
4. Raise your arms so your elbows form a 90-degree angle.
5. Slowly lift your arms overhead, keeping your wrists and elbows close to the wall. Make sure your shoulders stay pressed against the wall.
5. Lower your arms back down with control and repeat 8–12 times.

Be consistent with your home care, and your massages!
