Feet feeling tight, achy, tingly, sore due to injury, tight Achilles tendons, over use? Try wearing toe spacers. (For painting toe nails) This allows us to keep created space to relieve tightness, plantar fasciitis, opens the nerves, reduces neuropathy, edima, tarsal tunnel, and other underlying issues. Remember to be mindful of your body when trying something new. 😉
