What I'm seeing and hearing about locally...
Sinus issues, sinus infection, severe allergy symptoms, phlegm, constant drainage, congestion, persistent cough
(Mullien, Stinging Nettle, Usnea...)
Trouble sleeping, specifically trouble falling asleep and waking up a lot.
(Ashwagandha, Tulsi, Lemon Balm, Chammomile, CBD...)
Folks feeling like they're running a fever. All the regular symptoms of fever and taking a fever reducer helps immensely. But no fever registering on thermometer.
(Feverfew, Peppermint, Chammomile, Ginger...)
Normal remedies, natural and commercial, are helping a little but not as much as they should, or used to.
I suspect several things are going on at the same time. Two of those are smoke particles in the air and intense stress.
On top of other things, stress drastically lowers the immune system.
My suggestion is, no matter what else you try, natural, commercial etc... boost and strengthen the immune system.
Eat as well as you can.
Take vitamin C.
Move (walk, run, dance, Tai Chi, yoga......).
Laugh (watch/read funny things, be silly, tell jokes... )
Safe sunshine.
Help others.
Find tiny joys to focus on.

Most produce contains vitamin C and many other nutrients.

***Please, do not overuse things like Echincea purpurea, Elderberry etc. We are going to need strong antibiotics and antivirals. Those are two of our best and overuse can drastically reduce their effectiveness. The bacteria and viruses themselves can build up resistance to them.
