On Sunday Oct 5th, SunDog Crew (Herbalists Without Boarders team) met for the last time.

CT, who started SunDog Crew a few years ago, has decided to disband. He took part in Sesrch & Rescue after the Texas flooding and it took a great toll on him.

He has decided to retire from everything and head into the woods. Much needed and well deserved. Much love and healing, my brother 💚

CT and I have been friends for around 30 years.

Sherry and Carla (wonderful mother/daughter team) are joining another HWB crew. They will be an amazing asset to anything they're involved with.

I was graciously invited to join as well but have declined.

This was not a surprise, we've been discussing for a while. Even so, it leaves a hollow feeling.

I am so honored to have been a part of such a powerful force.

Earth touch our feet.
Water touch our tongues.
Air touch our lungs.
Fire touch our hearts.
Spirit touch our souls.
