I’m hosting a workshop called Adore Your Pelvic Floor at YogaSix New Providence where we’ll break down what’s actually happening in your body during this phase—and more importantly, what you can do about it.
This is the stuff most women are never taught (and it’s definitely more than just “do Kegels”).
We’ll cover:
